Happy Father’s Day, Pieman

I think it’s only fitting that my first post is honoring, Bud The Pieman, MY DAD.  I have learned all i know from him.  We have been so blessed with Royers Cafe and wouldn’t be where we are today without dad’s hope and faith.  25 years ago, the cafe was the way for dad to put food on our table.  Thanks dad for taking that leap of faith and providing for us.  Giving us something to grow up in.  Something that has help mold us.  Teach us.  I am so grateful that I get to spend every weekend with you and do life with you!!  Love, Tara the Pie Queen

Bud, The Pieman is someone I can confide in…

Bud, The Pieman is cool and hip too…

Bud, The Pieman is MY DAD…

Love you!!

What a lovely tribute! I haven’t known your dad long but I already adore him too……I met him at the blogger’s luncheon in April and then saw him again at the Dallas Market and we’ve exchanged a few emails and stories. What a NICE man!
