havenly blueberry muffins
havenly blueberry muffins
over the year i have wanted to blog and create recipes. time and craziness has consumed me. i truly want to do this. i’ve said i’m going to do this. it’s being consistent. it’s being a person of integrity. i make promises to post recipes and never get to it. i want to be the person that keeps promises.
so here’s the first of many recipes…
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees…
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsps of baking powder
mix together, then add…
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
mix well, then fold in 3 cups of blueberries.
fill greased muffin liners 3/4 full.
bake 30 mins or ’til golden.
enjoy!!
bless,
tara, the pie queen

January 5, 2016Seems as if we are the beneficiaries of your New Years resolution. Can’t wait to use some of our frozen blueberries in this muffin recipe. Keep ’em coming, Tara.

January 5, 2016I sympathize with you! It’s so challenging to keep up with blogging, cooking, writing, promoting, recipe development, and another fulltime job – and your case, 2 young boys!
‘Love, love, love blueberry muffins – thanks for sharing!
